We use a unique process that has been proven and follows industry guidelines. This includes, Carpets vacuumed, Cleaning solution applied to the fibres, and agitated with a mechanical machine. Finally, it’s rinsed using a hot water extraction method. Any remaining spots and stains are treated individually.

We can move sofas as part of the service. If you would like only the visible areas of carpet cleaned, we can clean around your furniture. We are unable to move beds, sideboards and TV units for insurance purposes. However, if you wish to move everything or as much as you can prior to us arriving, that’s also fine with us.

We accept many forms of payment including, cash, debit, or credit card for residential customers, payment due on completion. For commercial clients we accept BACS payments.

We estimate between 2-4 hours although this can vary depending on fibre and amount of soil within the carpet. Weather can also affect drying times. Higher humidity will increase drying times. We recommend heat and ventilation to speed up the drying process.

Manufacturers recommend at least every 12 months although this will depend on the number of people and pets living in your home. Keeping your carpets clean will extend the life of the carpet and reduce premature wear meaning your carpets will look their best for longer.

Absolutely! Unlike many other cleaners who you may never hear from again, if for any reason you aren't completely satisfied with any aspect of your clean, we will revisit free of charge to address any concerns you may have.
